The Bible is God's Word and Ultimate Authority

The Triune God (Trinity: 1 GOD, 3 persons)

God is the Father

God is the Son

God is the Holy Spirit
(John 16:13 ESV) 13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.

We are all sinners in need of forgiveness

The Church is established by Jesus

The Enemy (The Evil One tempts in order to divide people from God and one another)

How many Churches are there? (One.)
We acknowledge the ONE Holy Christian Apostolic Church and denounce "denominations" that divide the kingdom of God and call God's Spirit evil! There is ONE Church and ONE Head Jesus our Savior who loves us and gave Himself for us. We refuse to participate in the Devil's scheme, and rather love the Communion of Saints and Praise our Creator who makes us ONE in Him.
We believe the communion of Saints. The Communion of Saints does not exist as only a mature faith but through the existence of faith. It describes all forgiven believers in Christ united by The Holy Spirit.
(Ephesians 4:11-16 ESV) 11 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, 14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. 15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

David has been a pastor at churches in Nebraska, Iowa and Michigan since 1992. He received his BA from Concordia University, Ann Arbor, MI and His MDiv from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He is married to Shawna. they have been blessed with 4 children and 15 great grandchildren. David and Shawna own En Gedi Resort and David is the director of Revive Fest. David loves anything he can do barefoot.
"One of the greatest lessons I have learned in life is, "it is not enough to plan for your children to follow Jesus. You need to plan for their children to follow Jesus." My deepest desire is that my whole family is with me in heaven. And what amazes me now is that my whole family consists of my immediate family, my in-laws, my church friends and my neighbors. The list keeps growing. I hope that one day that list will include you."

Jonah is married to Deane. They are the proud parents of 3 beautiful girls. Jonah is a Mendon HS alumni. He studied worship arts at Concordia University, Ann Arbor. Jonah is also the Finance Manager at Planet Powersports in Coldwater, MI. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7 "do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
